With the start of the regular season less than a week away, we continue our annual review of the top prospects in baseball.  This week we take a look at the top starting pitching prospects.  Each year there is a group of talented young hurlers that establish themselves as rotation mainstays.  Unfortunately, predicting which prospects will take the next step is not an easy.  Last year's breakouts included some elite prospects such as Jeremy Hellickson and Michael Pineda, but also included less highly regarded prospects such as Vance Worely, Iván Nova, and Josh Collmenter.
