Perkins entered the offseason with great performance with health questions. The 6’1” RHP has taken the performance up a notch while holding up well to a AAA workload. Las Vegas is a difficult place to succeed as a pitch but Perkins has put up a 2.86 ERA in his first 9 starts at the level, with a remarkable 68 strikeouts in 44 innings. For the AAA...
