Breyvic Valera (Util, STL)
Returning to St. Louis after helping the Memphis Redbirds reach the Pacific Coast League championship game, 25-year-old Breyvic Valera will finish the season with the Cardinals. The 5'11", 160-pound Valera plays 2B, 3B and all three outfield positions, so he can be used as a utility player for the team. The switch-hitter had a good year at Triple-A in 2016 (.341/.417/.415), and then repeated and had not quite as good a batting line this...
