Around this time every year, I pose the following (seemingly impossible) question out on Twitter, the answer to which would win a lot of leagues:

Last year's answer? Cedric Mullins (OF, BAL), who delivered a 30/30 season with a .291 batting average, and with a preseason Average Draft Position (ADP) of 407, likely brought home plenty of hardware for his fantasy managers as well.

Finding this year's Mullins is a speculative task for sure, but if recent history is...
