Feliz completes successful transition to rotation... Neftali Feliz (RHP, TEX) won his 12th game of the season last night, in a start the Rangers had said would be his last of the year, as he had reached his limit of 160 IP for the season. Feliz's success this year was keyed by a recovery of the strong Ctl he had exhibited in his first two seasons in the TEX bullpen, but then lost in 2011. Feliz's successful this year positions him to be an elite SP option going forward, now that the workload restrictions of this transition year are behind him.
