GM's OFFICE: Mining the Leading Indicators section—again

Last May, I wrote an article based on the Leading Indicators section of our site. I find the reports on that page very useful, but our traffic data shows that they don't get all that much use. So, my intent was to draw your attention to these tools.

This month, we had some trouble getting these reports working once the season started. For a few weeks, I thought the reports just needed a better data sample. But eventually I asked our tech guys to look into it. They found a bug, and the reports all started humming once again.

But ... in those first few weeks of the season, while the reports weren't up to snuff, we got a grand total of two complaints. Safe to say these tools are still underutilized. So, let's try this again.
