Injury: Inflammation, right knee
DL date: July 29
Estimated DL Time: This doesn’t sound like a long-term injury. Unless he has a structural issue that hasn’t been revealed he should return in a 15-20 day period of time.
Pablo Sandoval (3B, SF)
Injury: Strained left hamstring
DL date: Retro to July 25
Estimated DL Time: If Sandoval can rebound quickly he should be able to bounce back in less than three weeks on the disabled list.
Scott Elbert (LHP, LA)
Injury: Inflammation pitching elbow
DL date: Retro to July 26
Estimated DL Time: The MRI did not reveal any structural issues, just...
