The Injury: Sore right elbow
The Outlook: Wilson landed on the disabled list last season due to elbow soreness. A detailed medical exam at the time did not reveal anything else other than inflammation, but that doesn’t mean Wilson does not have some ligament damage that has not been discovered.
What to Watch this Spring: The Giants and Wilson continue to say his elbow soreness this spring is normal stuff. That is little comfort for Wilson owners who went through the same issue during the 2011 season.
Draft Risk Factor: High. Burnout (both physical and mental) for this position is high and we have already seen the best pitching Wilson will ever post at the major league level. Pass on this ticking time...
