A quick note on how to use this and the other positional health reports as you build your cheat sheets for draft day or look to make early season trades: If you are risk adverse, this will help you avoid acquiring players who are not going to give you full value for where/how you acquired them on draft.  If you are in a league that has high inflation because of the freeze list, then you may need to take more gambles on some of the players on this and the other lists.
