Estimated DL time: By at least one account, this injury might be a borderline grade 2 strain though he’s listed as a 1++ with the possibility he returns in 21-24 days (May 10-14).

Henderson Alvarez (RHP, MIA)
Injury:  Inflammation, right shoulder AND right elbow. It's not a good sign that he has issues with both his elbow and shoulder.
DL date: April 13
Estimated DL time: This is the third time in his major league career that he has been to the DL with inflammation in his pitching shoulder. He is expected to resume throwing next week, and barring a setback in his rehab work, he could...
