He’s getting closer to return, but we’re probably looking at another week or so before he’s ready for game action. He’ll likely be handled with kid gloves until the playoffs, so he will probably have little value the rest of the way.

Brandon McCarthy (RHP, LA) – R Hand, blister (7/21/17) UPDATE
His finger issue is close to coming to an end, but he’s not expected back for a few more days. Like McCullers above, he’s probably not going to get much chance to air things out, making his value the rest of the way a question.
