May 8, 2017

Zach Britton (LHP, BAL) - L Forearm strain (5/6/17)
Britton is following a path that has led many a pitcher to Tommy John surgery. It's not over 'til it's over, but it's a very real possibility at this point. He will see Dr. ElAttrache and go from there.
2017 Impact: Possible loss of season
Est. Return: Late June (best estimate if he avoids surgery)

Brett Anderson (LHP, CHC) - Back soreness (5/6/17)
There's not much here to go on. Anderson has a sore back, but no diagnosis as of yet. These things typically 1-3 weeks to resolve. We'll go with that until more information comes out.
2017 Impact: Minimal
Est. Return: Mid-May

Adrián González (1B, LA) - R Elbow soreness; Back, herniated disk (5/5/17)
The back issue...
