BIG HURT: Hurt File, March 28-April 2

We open the season with a longer than normal list of injuries—an accumulation of players whose injuries cropped up during spring training. We've generally covered the more important players and the more unusual injuries here. There have been a few players who will have Tommy John surgery, for example, who we won't specifically cover.

As usual, we will generally cover the injuries starting with the most recent. Note that the 2018 Impact does not include the actual DL time; that is more or less implied by the estimated return date. So "minimal" impact means there are no likely effects once the player returns.
