Is a return to the major leagues on the horizon for Miguel Sanó (3B, MIN)?

Sano appeared in his first game for AAA-Rochester July 21 after predictably tearing up pitching at High-A Fort Myers (.328/.442/.453 in 19 games).

If Sano can similarly find his groove in Rochester, the question would be where the Twins would find a spot for Sano to get regular AB, given the way Eduardo Escobar (SS, MIN) has blossomed in Sano’s absence, displaying career-best power skills.

One easy answer would be for the Twins to find a new home for either Escobar or fellow free-agent-to-be Brian Dozier (2B, MIN), which would trigger a reshuffling of the Twins infield.

Absent a trade, however, the players perhaps most threatened by a Sano return...
