The Twins thinned their OF corps when they dealt Oswaldo Arcia (OF, TAM) to the Rays June 24. Robbie Grossman (OF, MIN) has cooled off (.229 BA, .226 xBA in June), and it could be telling that Miguel Sanó (OF/3B, MIN) has been playing more 3B than RF on his current rehab assignment at Triple-A Rochester. The outfield is still crowded, but roles could change as MIN can safely start looking toward 2017.

Danny Santana (OF, MIN) did relatively alright while subbing for Byron Buxton (OF, MIN), batting .268 with 16 R and nine SB in 31 games (112 AB, 77% ct%). While he needed a 34% h% to reach that mark, he showed some possible progress in taking pitches out of the strike zone with a 5% bb% during a month's worth of games. In...
