DIVISIONAL OUTLOOK: AL West—HOU rotation surge

After near-complete chaos over the first six weeks of the season, the rotation fortunes have completely turned around and stabilized, at least for the time being. The early hole dug by the starters means that HOU is still last in AL team ERA, but you wouldn't know it in looking at their June numbers—which in light of April and May, are pretty stunning.
