BHQ take: Wheeler will likely slot in behind Aaron Nola in the Phillies’ rotation. Wheeler missed all of 2015 and 2016 after Tommy John surgery and other injuries. He was a bit shaky when he returned in 2017 and wasn’t a whole lot better at the start of 2018. Then things clicked halfway through the season. From July 1 on, he had a 2.21 ERA (3.37 xERA) over 14 starts. 2019...
