Atlanta Braves SP Kris Medlen (elbow) is highly likely to require a second Tommy John surgery. The right-hander said he felt it during his third-to-last pitch in his start Sunday, March 9, but threw two more pitches because he didn't want to face reality and come out of the game.  Source: The Atlanta Journal-Constitution - David O'Brien
