BHQ take: Cobb's signing (pending a physical) solidifies the BAL rotation, and will eventually chase the current fifth starter candidates into other roles over the next few weeks. Cobb's familiarity with and effectiveness in the AL East (15 wins in 36 starts and a 3.21 ERA in 2017 with TAM against BOS, NYY and TOR) is a positive step for the Oriole pitching staff, and his groundball tilt will work...
