Rays | Matt Moore to have TJS, miss rest of year
Tampa Bay Rays SP Matt Moore (elbow) has decided to undergo Tommy John surgery, and he'll miss around a full year. The pain he felt during his throwing session Monday, April 14, made it clear to him that he needed to have the operation. Doctor James Andrews will do the procedure Tuesday, April 22.  Source: Tampa Bay Times - Marc Topkin
