BHQ take: Even though Ross had struggled mightily early in 2017, this move caught many by surprise. Ross had started three times and compiled an unsightly 7.47 ERA, but there were still some good things in his performance. His xERA was more than three runs better; his 8.0 Dom was right in line with his performance in 2015 and 2016; and his Ctl of 2.3 was actually slightly better than in his previous seasons. On the other hand, Ross' velocity was down...
