NEWS: San Francisco placed right-handed starter Alex Cobb on the 15-day IL with a left hip impingement and right-handed pitcher Keaton Winn on the COVID-related IL.

The team recalled left-handed starter Kyle Harrison to replace Cobb in the rotation, and even if he does make a start or two to wrap up the year, his workload will be limited.
