NEWS: The Dodgers activated IF/OF Chris Taylor from the 10-day IL.

BHQ SPIN: With IF Miguel Vargas being optioned to Triple-A Oklahoma City prior to the All-Star Break, Taylor, who missed 15 games with a bone bruise on his right knee, should see consistent playing time at 2B and in the OF against LH pitchers. Taylor, who has struggled at the plate (.206/.275/.455) should also see some time at 2B, SS, and OF against RH pitchers when the Dodgers want to give another regular a day off.
