Tampa Bay Rays OF Manuel Margot (hamstring) was placed on the 10-day injured list Sunday, May 15, due to a strained right hamstring. In a corresponding move, RHP Ralph Garza Jr. was recalled from Class AAA Durham.  Source: Tampa Bay Times - Marc Topkin
 
BHQ take: It was initially thought that Margot would be able to dodge an IL stint after leaving Tampa's May 9 game with hamstring tightness, but the hamstring apparently flared back up on May 14, as he was lifted from the game for a pinch runner and will now mend for at least 10 days.
