Lynn with surprising early season success

Lance Lynn (RHP, STL) proved he was a good pitcher coming out of the bullpen for STL in 2011, but is he really as good as he has shown as a starter this season? Lynn's surprising performance his first four times out has quieted the Roy Oswalt (RHP) rumors in STL for the time being. Are Lynn's excellent surface stats (27 IP, 1.33 ERA, 0.81 WHIP, 24 K, 6 BB) a result of seeing hitters for the first time, or is he a top-tier pitcher in the making?
