Kemp, Uribe to DL, Gordon on brink of demotion?

After claiming a DL stint was out of the question, Matt Kemp (OF, LA) gave in to the inevitable on Monday night, as the Dodgers announced that they would DL their All-Star CF on Tuesday due to a hamstring strain. Kemp has been wrestling with this injury for almost two weeks following his monster April, and his .212 BA and zero HR in May showed the effects. With Kemp out, defense-minded Tony Gwynn is likely to take over a good chunk of his CF time. Jerry Sands (OF, LD) will reportedly be recalled to take Kemp's place on the roster and battle with Bobby Abreu and Scott Van Slyke for LF PT.
