Dodgers | Josh Beckett to undergo surgery next week
Updating a previous report, Los Angeles Dodgers SP Josh Beckett (shoulder, neck) will undergo surgery to treat thoracic outlet syndrome July 8. The procedure will be performed by Dr. Greg Pearl in Dallas. Beckett will be sidelined for three to five months and is expected to be ready in time for spring training.  Source: CBSSports.com - Mike Axisa
