Carlos Lee (1B, HOU), who had been out with a strained hamstring, came off the disabled list on the first day he was eligible to do so.  Always one that can be counted on for a high contact rate and Eye, he has taken it to new levels this season with a 95% and 1.50 mark respectively through 192 at-bats.  Unfortunately, the elite plate discipline has coincided with a drop in power, as just 35% of balls in play have been in the air, and his PX has dipped to 63.  Barring a surprising power surge, this will be the sixth straight year Lee's home run total has declined, and he is no longer a threat for double digit stolen bases, as he has yet to attempt a steal this year.  He can still be...
