NEWS: The Angels promoted one of their top prospects, 2B Christian Moore as well as RHP Sam Bachman. OF Matthew Lugo was sent back out to Triple-A, and the team designated RHP Shaun Anderson for assignment.
IMPACT: High 
BHQ SPIN: Moore came into spring training with the chance to grab the starting 2B job; instead he was sent to Double-A where he struggled some. He took off after a recent promotion to Triple-A, and the team rewarded him with his MLB debut. Given their other options, Moore looks to take over the everyday job at second base as long as he hits, forming a young MIF core with rising star Zach Neto.
