Sixteen games slated for busy final day of April

Today's Overview/Schedule/Weather: Tuesday's action includes 16 games. The St. Louis Cardinals and Detroit Tigers were rained out Monday and will play two at Comerica Park. That match-up is one of many interleague tilts to be played on the final day of April. Weather-wise most of Tuesday's slate should play out in dry conditions. Plus, quite a few domes and retractable-roof facilities are in play. There is, however, some overall tilt to expected winds and how they might affect games. Outward breezes blowing up around 10 mph or higher are expected in Detroit, Baltimore (NYY-BAL), Los Angeles (PHI-LAA), Oakland (PIT-OAK), and San Diego (CIN-SD).
