NL southpaws top a short Thursday list

Today's Overview/Schedule/Weather: Just five games are on the slate for this late-May day which is a travel Thursday for much of the league. Two-fifths of the action comes from the Braves visiting the Phillies; they will tussle in two at Citizens Bank Park, though there is a slight chance of rain is in the Philadelphia forecast for Thursday. The other three games won't have any issues: all have roof access. Look to lefties from the NL East for strikeouts on this day. LHP Cristopher Sánchez, LHP Chris Sale, and LHP MacKenzie Gore have hefty K Ratings as part of their figures on a day when whiffs are elsewhere difficult to find.
