DOUBLE DIPPIN': September 11-17

There is no shortage of two-start pitchers this week, with 39 hurlers scheduled for two starts as of Sunday morning. As the season winds down, it's likely that more starters will be shut down and more rotations expanded and/or shuffled. So this week may offer one of the best remaining opportunities for fantasy managers to make up ground in Strikeouts and Wins. In all but the most desperate of situations, though, managers will need to balance counting-stat rewards against ratio risk. The HQ ratings system provides a baseline for that calculation, and we'll discuss a few of the more difficult options below. As always, all of this week's matchups and ratings can be found in our 8-day view.
