With just two weeks to go before the All-Star break, look for teams to do some rotation shuffling in an effort to get an extra start out of their ace, or to give a little extra rest to their young gun. That will be easier than ever to accomplish, given that many teams inexplicably have multiple off days next week. Any changes in rotation plans will be updated in our 8-day scan, which is a great place to check out all of the matchups for the week.

This isn't the best set of two-start hurlers we've seen this year, as you'll find just as many pitchers in the "weak" category below as in the "judgment call" grouping. Ross Stripling is the most attractive name that may be on your waiver wire, but he doesn't even look like a great play for...
