DOUBLE DIPPIN': August 15-21

We have a pretty full slate this week with 21 teams playing seven or more games, with the Mets leading the way with eight games. That means a lot of two-start pitchers, some of whom are available in plenty of leagues.

We'll dig into several of these pitchers below, but keep in mind that with just seven weeks left in the season you should be chasing categories where you can make up or lose ground. If ratios are extremely tight the two-start arms on the wire may not be worth chasing, but if wins and strikeouts are what you need the most it's getting close to the time where you may want to take some risks. As always, be sure to check our 8-day scan for updates to the pitching matchups.
