DOUBLE DIPPIN': 2017 Opening Week

Welcome to DOUBLE DIPPIN', one of our new weekly columns for the 2017 season.

Six teams get the ball rolling on the 2017 season on Sunday while everyone else celebrates Opening Day on Monday. Below are the probable two-start pitchers for the first week of the season, beginning with Monday's games. DOUBLE DIPPIN' will run each Sunday through the season to help those in weekly transaction leagues help manage their staffs, and follow our regular DAILY MATCHUPS column's Strong Starts / Wildcards / Strong Sits format. How owners elect to handle the lineup decisions, particularly in the "Wildcards" group, will vary due to both league size and one's risk tolerance. Enjoy!
