Today's Overview/Schedule/Weather: We have a 13-game slate on tap, starting with the Cardinals and Cubs at 4:05 pm ET. We have some serious rain chances in Wrigley, and plenty of warm weather in so many other games, potentially leading to more offense. With the great hitting conditions we have, we have at least seven games with projected totals of nine runs or more and four with at least ten runs.

Reid Detmers bounced back nicely from an eight-run start by allowing two runs over 5.2 innings pitched with three walks and eight strikeouts.
