DAILY MATCHUPS: Gallen part of deep but unspectacular crew of Tuesday probables

Today's Overview/Schedule/Weather: Tuesday will have every team in action as part of a 15-game slate. All 15 games will be under the lights. The baseball weather map indicates mostly dry conditions and a decent evening for fly-ball pitchers. More than a few games are tabbed for a 7-to-9 mph breeze blowing in and knocking down fly balls a bit. While the Matchup Ratings reveal a crop of starters which is unspectacular at the top, Tuesday’s group does have some depth to it.
