DAILY MATCH-UPS: Rodriguez looks to continue second-half surge

Today's Overview/Schedule/Weather: Tuesday’s slate includes 16 games. All 30 teams will be in action, and the Nationals and Phillies will get things going in the 4 o’clock hour (ET) as the only day game.  The rest of the contests will be held under the lights, and that includes a second WAS-PHI game as those two make up for a water-logged Monday.
