DAILY MATCHUPS: Most teams well-armed for Tuesday's full slate

Today's Overview/Schedule/Weather: All 30 teams will hit the field Tuesday. The tumble of rotations puts a lot of dark green at the top of the Match-Up Ratings. There are also quite a few first starts of the season and returnees from recent stays on the IL impacting play in this mid-May weekday action.
