The end of April is a good time to assess where your team stands. With a full month in the books, you can begin to see where your needs are and who is primed to out- or under-perform his projection. It's time to sit down and do a full analysis of your team, jettisoning the dead wood and doing everything you can to set yourself up for the remainder of the season. Right?
