This tutorial is designed to get you up and running on the BABS reporting system for both the BABS Master Spreadsheet and Database. The examples used here can be found in the new 2026 Master Spreadsheet. The underlying philosophies that drive the system, as well as a broader explanation about how the system works and its fantasy applications, are described in detail in The BABS Project eBook (accessible in three parts from the BABS home page).
