Our last two columns of the regular season will look ahead towards 2014.

Here, let's take a look at a bunch of starting pitchers who could break out next season.

To do so, we'll look at SP who currently have a 3.50-4.50 ERA and speculate on those who could become sub-3.50 ERA rotation anchors next season.
