ARSENAL REPORT: Wright takes center stage

As we move into the end of April we are getting into a dangerous time to be a fantasy baseball writer or manager, with enough data to start to feel good about making proclamations about the legitimacy of performance changes, (hence all of the Statcast bubble slider images currently circulating through baseball Twitter) but with too little data to be as certain as we would like to be. For the Arsenal Report we will continue to try to focus on pitchers with tangible changes in pitch shapes or approaches that are driving performance differences, with the idea of focusing on things that would be hard to fake over even small sample sizes.
