ARSENAL REPORT: Starting anew in 2022

Now that the lockout is past and the 2022 season is about to begin it is time for the first Arsenal Report of the 2022 season. And — ANNOUNCEMENT! — this column will be running weekly during 2022, after being every-other week in 20202.  

Like the offseason Arsenal Reports from last year, including this one on Tyler Glasnow (RHP, TAM) and Lance McCullers (RHP, HOU) adding sliders, this Arsenal Report will be somewhat speculative, as it will focus on the implications of a few offseason tweaks made by a pair of intriguing young pitchers. As was the case last year, these are not explicit calls to buy either pitcher for the 2022 season, but are rather developments to look for early in the season that might indicate better than expected 2022...
