RELIEVERS: Not in the Baseball Forecaster, but better skills than Dylan Floro

Not everyone makes it into the Baseball Forecaster. It may feel like everyone makes it--certainly more make it in than you need for just about every kind of league, but then sometimes, there are some extra folks you just have to consider. What if I told you there are some relievers who are better than Dylan Floro (RHP, MIA) but then missed the Forecaster? It tells you something about Floro's skills--yes.
