RELIEVERS: 2023 $1 targets

This column focuses on $1 relievers. $1 relievers are as defined by the BaseballHQ.com spreadsheets that you can find under "Stats and Tools" and then "Stats and Projections." From the pool of relievers who are listed there with a R$ of $1 or less, here are relievers who are projected for at least six saves, broken into two groups. First, the group with at least 17% K%-BB% and the group with lower than 17% K%-BB%. This is so we can separate the useable skill sets from the very risky skills-challenged relievers:

17% K%-BB% (proj) Sv Hld IP xERA WHIP K% K%-BB% HR/9 $
