Speed up, power down for Rios…It’s been a tough start for the Rangers,who are hovering around .500. One early contributor has been Alex Rios (OF, TEX), who used to alternate between good/bad years. Currently valued at over $30, and having produced at that level in 2012 and 2013, perhaps he’s ready to shake off the “F” consistency grade.
