MINORS: Q&A on prospects in keeper formats playing out the 2020 season

Last week, I published a Q & A relating to 60-man rosters, player development and prospects. However, the article was void of prospect questions and guidance concerning dynasty and keeper strategies entering this unprecedented season.

Judging from some of the dynasty and keeper leagues I am a part of, each league is taking their own steps dealing with 2020. There are leagues running as usual, some running but with rule changes and others suspending their dynasty or keeper season and running a redraft league for 2020 instead. No matter what your league decides, its best to get as many of the managers on the same page as possible.
