Welcome to BaseballHQ’s coverage of the 2023 MLB Draft. It is an incredibly deep draft. The first five picks were all considered potential 1st overall selections. All five of the first players drafted should slot into the Top 25 of the HQ100 this off-season. The top two draft picks, Paul Skenes (RHP, PIT) and Dylan Crews (OF, WAS), look to be Top 10 prospects the moment they sign their pro contracts.
