With some quick Excel sorting, you can quickly end up down the rabbit hole, exploring all kinds of interesting information. For instance, sort the pitcher file by BPV. Who had the top BPV among pitchers with at least 100 IP in Double-A/Triple-A? Why, it's Brock Stewart (RHP, LA), with a 166 BPV over 110 IP. The Dodgers just re-signed Rich Hill, re-uniting their stable of rotation candidates who nearly-universally had health problems in 2016. It's not hard to conjure a scenario where Stewart gets an early-2017 shot in the LA rotation and runs with it.
